Get to Terminal 5 right next to Kuwait International Airport. This option allows you to bypass all the traffic at the main airport.

One centralized security screening before boarding the flight, 22 check-in counters and gates for boarding that will help you get to your flight faster. Check-in to gate in 10 minutes!

Newly enhanced Duty Free Shop and more retail options for shopping. Pick up perfumes, gifts, confectionery and tobacco before boarding your flight, or shop at pharmacies and electronic stores.

We have added several new food and beverage outlets that you will enjoy while you wait for your flight, including Costa Coffee, % ΔRΔBICΔ and more. Several new food and beverage outlets will be opening soon.
 

Each gate in the Jazeera Terminal now offers complimentary Wi Fi for all passengers, keeping you connected and making your journey as smooth as possible throughout the terminal.

You can now avail our Early Check-in service at Jazeera Park&Fly from 6 to 36 hrs before departure

Our new self-service kiosks are there for you to check-in, print your boarding pass and collect your luggage tags at your convenience. You can find the kiosks on the Sky Bridge, which connects the car park to the first floor of the Jazeera Terminal.

Once you have checked in and placed the tags on your baggage securely, you can then proceed to the Baggage Drop desk on the ground floor. Traveling without baggage? Check-in at the kiosk to obtain your boarding pass and then proceed directly to immigration.

There is a dedicated car park for Jazeera passengers, connected to the new Jazeera Terminal by a bridge to the first floor.

Parking costs are as follows:
* 200 fils for first hour or fraction of an hour
* 400 fils for each additional hour or fraction of an hour

Valet Parking is also available at T5, located kerbside to the left of the entrance to the terminal.

Our Transfer Desk is situated in the Arrivals area on the ground floor. If you are a passenger who requires assistance with your onward flights, then proceed to the Transfer Desk and they will be able to help.

24/7 Customer Service Centre at nearby Jazeera head office to assist all passengers at all times.

The Visa desk is situated in the Arrivals area before Immigration. If you have a pre-ordered visa, please present yourself at the desk to get your original visa copy. You will require a passport with more than 6 months of validity.

Upon instructions from the Ministry of Interior, Nationals of the following 53 countries shall be granted the entry visa to the State of Kuwait upon arrival to the Airport:

Conditions for getting Visa on Arrival:  

• All passengers must be in position of return ticket.
• The concerned authorities in the state of Kuwait shall reserve the right to refuse admitting any person into the country without explanation.
• Passenger should not be black listed in the state of Kuwait.
• Passenger should be holding a passport valid for more than six month from the date of travel to Kuwait.
• Passenger should register his residence address in Kuwait when applying for the visa at visas counter at the airport.
