• Complete restrictions on exporting, importing, or transferring animals as baggage
• Approval or permits from government authorities (import/export permits)
• A general veterinary health certificate
• Vaccination records for certain diseases (such as anti-rabies)
• Bans or limitations on the movement of certain protected or restricted species
• Quarantine requirements or pre-arranged quarantine facilities
• Mandatory use of approved, safe, and secure animal containers

Airline Liability

If the carriage of the animal is not governed by international liability conventions:

Inspire Airways is not responsible for any injury, sickness, loss, or death of an animal accepted for transport, unless negligence by the airline is proven.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers assume full responsibility for:

• Meeting all health, safety, and animal-care requirements
• Complying with all government rules, permits, and entry/exit regulations
• Providing valid documentation, certificates, and permissions
• Ensuring the animal meets all conditions required by any countries or authorities involved

Even with a confirmed reservation, Inspire Airways may deny carriage at the airport if documents are incomplete, requirements are unmet, or the animal is not fit for travel.

Allergies vs. Pet Travel Requests

If a passenger with a certified allergy and a passenger traveling with a pet are both booked on the same flight:

Priority will be given to the passenger whose request was made first.
