Inspire Airways presents Duo Seat, a premium service designed to enhance your travel experience. With Duo Seat, you can reserve the seat beside you and keep it empty throughout the journey—ensuring maximum comfort, privacy, and a more relaxed flying experience.

How to Book Duo Seat

1. During a New Booking

You can book a Duo Seat easily while making an adult or child reservation:

Use the passenger dropdown menu on the flight search form on our homepage.

Select the number of Duo Seats you wish to add.

The corresponding Duo Seat fare will be displayed on the following page, alongside your main seat fare. Prices are designed to be attractive—never exceeding 70% of the main fare (excluding taxes).

Choose both your main seat and the adjacent Duo Seat from the seat map under Seat Selection – Travel Extras.

2. For Existing Bookings

If your flight is already booked, you may check availability and purchase a Duo Seat by calling 177.

Terms & Conditions for Duo Seat

Please review the following important terms before completing your Duo Seat purchase:

1. Eligibility

A Duo Seat may be purchased only together with a booking made by a passenger traveling on an Inspire Airways flight.

The passenger whose details are entered at the time of booking is required to travel on the booked itinerary.

2. Booking Channel

Duo Seats may be purchased exclusively through Inspire’s website, www.inspireairways.com , during the original booking process.

For existing bookings, Duo Seats can be added through Inspire Airways offices or Call Centers.

3. Manner of Use

(a) At the time of booking, customers must select the desired number of Duo Seats via the passenger/Duo Seat dropdown menu. Duo Seats are offered subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis.

If no Duo Seats remain for a chosen flight, customers may opt for another flight or travel date.

(b) Only one Duo Seat may be linked to each main passenger. The passenger whose details appear in the booking must travel, whether alone or with others on the same PNR.

In cases of no-show or cancellation by the passenger:

The Duo Seat will also be canceled.

Other passengers on the same PNR cannot use the Duo Seat.

4. Applicability and Exclusions

Available on one-way, round-trip, and multi-city bookings on all direct and connecting Inspire Airways flights.

Duo Seats may be purchased up to 90 minutes prior to departure

Not applicable for group bookings.

Duo Seats must be purchased for all legs of round-trip or multi-city itineraries.

If a Duo Seat is required for only one leg, flights must be booked separately.

5. Changes / Cancellation

Reservations with Duo Seats may be modified online or via Call Center.

Any change requires payment of applicable Change Fees + Fare Difference.

Duo Seats cannot be canceled independently; cancellation applies to both the main passenger seat and the Duo Seat, along with all applicable charges.

If Inspire Airways cancels or reschedules a flight, standard refund policies apply.

All modifications remain subject to availability.

A Duo Seat cannot be transferred to another passenger.

Name changes are not permitted on Duo Seat bookings.

6. Non-Transferable

A Duo Seat cannot be transferred to another passenger.

Name changes are not permitted on Duo Seat bookings.

7. Travel Extras

Travel Extras may only be purchased per passenger and do not apply to a Duo Seat.

Seat selection becomes mandatory with Duo Seat purchase.

Seat selection fees apply to both the main seat and the Duo Seat.

Example:
Seat Fee: 2 Adults × 2 KWD
Duo Seat Fee: 1 Duo Seat × 10 KWD

8. Baggage Allowance

No separate check-in baggage allowance is provided for a Duo Seat.

9. Charges

Duo Seat pricing is dynamic.

No airport charges or fees apply.

Applicable GST/Sales Taxes will be charged per Duo Seat.

10. Check-In Conditions

Web check-in is available 24 hours before departure.

Web check-in can be completed only for the main seat, not the Duo Seat.

The boarding pass will reflect one passenger occupying two seats, with SSR code “EXST.”

11. Conditions of Carriage

All bookings with Duo Seat are subject to Inspire Airways’ Conditions of Carriage. In case of any inconsistency, the Conditions of Carriage shall prevail.

12. Right to Withdraw

Inspire Airways reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
